The company has a variety of high-end processing equipment, including 10 precision high-speed CNC machines with a precision of 5 microns; a total of 10 general EDM and mirror EDM (MAKINO) with a maximum working surface of 1.5 meters; 10 wire cutting machines and 1 CNC Milling machines made in UK. There are 10 high-speed grinding machines and many other precision measuring instruments and equipment such as mould making and projectors, three-coordinate measuring machine(CMM). The injection workshop has 10 medium and high-end injection molding machines such as Haitian, Dahua, Toshiba, HVSKY, etc., with clamping force up to 1600T for mould try-out.
The company has 200+ staff, including 120 in the mould Dep, 20 in the injection Dep. and 10 in QC Dep. With more than 50 part 2D , 3D designers, project managers, including 20 qualified and experienced tool technicians guarantee the high quality of the fine tuning of all moulds.
